Operating Instructions:
Place the meat on a cutting board to prepare. Grasping the handle, gently press the Meat Tenderizer down onto the meat, avoiding bones. Lift the Meat Tenderizer, re-adjust, then repeat 4-5 times or more as needed.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
For cleaning, pull 2 side locks outward to unlock, hold the body, and remove blades. Clean with hot water, then carefully replace blades. Push side locks to lock.
For maintenance, occasionally apply a few drops of mineral oil to the outside of the Meat Tenderizer’s columns.
