Blake Hill Preserves – Lisbon Lemon & Champagne Jam

Reminiscent of lemon butter, this lemon jam is uniquely elegant and zesty. Whole fresh and tart lemons are gently softened with a slow simmer and whipped with champagne. Perfect on hot focaccia or as a glaze over chicken and fish, and incredibly tasty incorporated in a yellow cake mix.
