Kosmos Q – Dirty Bird Barbecue Rub

Sometimes in order to win, you've got to play a little dirty. We came up with this rub designed for poultry perfection, and it was our first one to really take off. It's got a red peppery kick that'll make you keep your cold drink close, but a brown-sugary sweetness to keep you coming back for more.
